- Practice – There will be practices during the week, to be scheduled by the coaches.
- Teams – There will be one varsity team and 2 junior varsity teams. Players will be assigned to teams by coaches.
- Travel & Meals – Parents are responsible for son’s meals and transportation to/from hotel and games. Players must be accompanied by parent, or other responsible adult authorized by parent. Player may not drive themselves to tournaments. Players should be riding to tournaments with a responsible adult.
- Hotel arrangements – Players will be required to stay together, 4 per room, which is paid by the booster club summer ball account. Rooms will be assigned by the coaches. Players will have strict curfews which will be determined and enforced by the coaches. Misbehavior will not be tolerated. Hotel arrangements will be made at least one week prior to each tournament. A block of rooms will be reserved for players. Hotel information will be sent to parents as soon as it is available so that they can make their reservation. Some Hotels will honor special rates, so tell them that you are with the SEHS Baseball Team when making your reservations.
- Drinks during game – Drinks for players and coaches will be provided by parents.
